Our mission is to protect the Coast of Preá from excessive and disorderly growth, promoting perennial actions that support its socio-economic development and preserve the environment. The impact lens overlaps with everything we do, from real estate to urban thinking.

Foster educational development by transforming the region's growth into opportunities for the local community.
HEALTH
Promote access to quality health services for the entire population of the region, both tourist and local. The projects are carried out in partnership with SAS Brasil, a social startup.

Generate sustainable energy solutions from renewable and clean sources.
OUR PROJECTS
PRONTO! was the MVP to a broader health project in Ceará, Northeast coast of Brazil, developed and financed by Instituto Camboa in partnership with social startup SAS (Saúde e Alegria nos Sertões), and with the support of Rancho do Peixe. The project was aimed at alleviating the public health system (SUS) and safeguarding residents and tourists over the period of highest demand throughout the year.

Mais Vida Menos Lixo was developed in collaboration with waste management specialist Visões da Terra, and local recycling association CoopBravo.

Instituto Camboa rose from our dream of making the north coast of Ceará, famous for its natural landscapes and cultural riches, a case study for sustainable development.
Our mission is to protect the region from excessive and disorderly growth, promoting perennial actions that support its socio-economic development, demonstrating that inhabiting and preserving should walk hand in hand.
Camboa wishes to bridge minds that support a dream of orderly development and respectful tourism among businessmen, entrepreneurs, locals, visitors, and public and private initiatives.
