BUILDING A DREAM.
What brought us here is the same engine that moves the heart of our group, and what makes the development of this region possible: the wind. We have seen the disorderly growth of many special places in Brazil, driven by tourism and real estate speculation. In order for history not to be repeated, it is necessary to rewrite it.
Our business develops itself like a natural being, integrated with its surroundings and thought of in conjunction with it: environment, culture, economy, society. We bring life to the spaces we want to inhabit, setting up roots in our favourite place - the Coast of Preá.
We were born out of the combination of three different segments: real estate products, positive impact and urban planning. We break traditional market barriers and dare from the very same feeling that founded us: surfing with the wind.
